The attack on teachers’ unions: because apparently $46,400 for an average teacher’s salary in Wisconsin is too much to pay, but the top 5% of earners who make $1 million per year and hoard $103,000 in unpaid taxes thanks to GOP tax cuts is not too much to withhold from the federal treasury.
