




Poverty & inequality: public education should reduce both by increasing opportunity & social mobility, and should ideally exist in a society that seeks to end poverty. Currently "ed reform" as devised by testers/turnaround businesspeople widens extremes in poverty & inequality — by reducing opportunity and ignoring poverty.
